Yes, been carrying it a ton. I really like it. It’s big, especially for a Spyderco but I have had zero issues with it. I like 20cv steel, super low maintenance. They seem to have done a good job with these liner locks too.

It’s warm today, took a little walk downtown. When we got home I noticed most of my hydrangeas are budding up nicely. Won’t be long till they bloom now.

Cash has been attached to my hip since coming home from Spinal surgery! We put bed downstairs for recovery and he’s got easy access to my space. That picture was from a nap “we” took after afternoon PT. Definitely knows something is amiss with me and all the dogs are “helping” with my rehabilitation!

I don’t think we’ll ever understand all the things they know and sense. They really are amazing animals.

She’s coming up on 13 this summer Rick..still looks like a puppy! Such a sweet dog who absolutely loves the granddaughters!
They can read our expressions, moods, and sense our pain! Like Danny Linguini said “amazing animals”

James she does not look 13 at all. She certainly looks like a sweetheart. They are certainly amazing.

There is a documentary on Netflix called Inside the Mind of a Dog. I hope it’s the one I’m thinking about where they discuss how the dog evolved as a keenly tuned in companion to humans. Even the eyes evolved from that of wolves to better bond with us. Cool stuff. Check it out if you haven’t.

Thank you! Working very hard to strengthen up so I won’t be back in 3 years! Long road to fully fuse but I’m off to a good start. The dogs are the best and I’m amazed by them everyday!

Thanks for the tip, I’ll definitely watch the documentary! I did see a National Geographic short a few years ago, about how dogs have passed other mammals in intelligence, because of their close bond with humans!
