Knives at gun shows?

I have seen some very knife high end production and custom knives at the Valley Forge Gun Show in Valley Forge, PA. A few makers wind up attending and I've seen items like CRK knives in display cases for sale. There's also your usual assortment of imported junk as well.

I guess it's a good thing i'm going to the one in Valley Forge :D

down in orlando we have every thing for sale. name brands. china crap. old knifes. I only sell at this one because I live in the area so I dont kill my self with the over head so I can keep my prices down.

There is a gun show in NH once a month or more. There are always great knife deals.

There is NEVER any knife shows in NH

Quality gun shows are a great place to find knives. It really depends on the promoter. They decide who to let in. A really good show has a waiting list of vendors trying to get into a good show.

I have only been to the Dallas Market Hall gun show and they had a lot of extremely nice knives last time I was there.

in orlando fl we have a 5 page waiting list to get tables. I got in over a year ago and I am not skipipng a show. I dont care on how slow it gets.

LOL,Yea The Ft.Worth Gun Show is the same.I was in during the "guns & ammo gone crazy because of Obama" times.Things got really slow after that mad rush.Ive found that if you want a table or two,you can get there early and usually catch a late cancelation. But the regular waiting list is long.

The crazy thing about knives at gun shows is this; YOU NEVER KNOW. Gun shows are like flea markets. You have to be able to sift through lots of crap, before you spot the good stuff. But, you never know what some table holder will have on his/her table. I have scored some great knives, at killer prices at gun shows.

Depends where you are. In NM and AZthere are always a couple of dealers who carry CS, BM, Kershaw and CRKT. If you are looking for makers then Dawson/Cook are at the bigger shows in AZ and NM. From small necker fixed blades to swords they make great blades.

I have a bunch of people that come there just to see me and ask if they can order knifes for them. one came in last gun show and asked for a akc lever lock. I told him a price. he went to the other dealer one row over them came back to me and said tax included?? no problem. the other dealer had the same knife for $75.00 more than me. I set my price so I make some money but I do not need a new car on every knife sale. the other dealer wants to kill me because he has been there a heck of lot longer than me and the more of his customers that see me stop going to him because of my pricing.

I'm really not referring to dealers, when I commented about knives at gun shows. What I'm talking about is regular folks, who bought knives for their personal collections and are now deciding to sell them(a lot of times cheap) in order to pay for their newest incoming toy.

not at the orlando gun and knife show. there is so many dealers that cant get a table and boy is there a bunch of them in line to see if someone does not show up to use there table too.

If you are going to the Syracuse NY gun show this weekend there will be a considerable amount of knives there. I will be there with an eclectic mix of custom knives. I won't be giving them away but I do have quite a few from $200.00 - to wherever you want to go and carry all with me. There are several makers that also show up and factory knives.
There are a few people on this list that can verify my claims
