Knives,Eagles and Dead Salmon !!!

Went out today and took a few pics along the way.....

If you look hard there is an Eagle in the tree at the centre of this pic....

Always great pics! Thanks. Is that the eagle on the left side of the trunk a little over half way up?
 
It took a second for me to spot the eagle, I guess the tree is larger then I first thought, and those are some vicious looking teeth on that fish!

At one point when the opossom was looking at me Kelly Girl went up and smelled it's butt and that old opossom turned around and growled to kelly to go sniff some where else in no uncertain terms well K G just backed up and howled something back but I am not going to repeat here on theis forum:p

By the way Bryan, Maisy is fine it's just that I didn't take many pics today.

Those mergansers in the water are females ,the male looks very different .They are diving ducks and go down as far a 40' IIRC.They also extend their wings part way under water for maximum speed ! I'm not sure of the other birds in the photo , perhaps pigeons ??

We have a possum living near our home that has the same attitude problem: not scared of anything. Poor Kelly Girl doesn't even get the respect she deserves anymore!

How is your son liking that TAK-1? I was wondering what he thinks about it, and what he has used it for. Maybe he can make a report with pics taken by his dad?

I already have bought my (2 year old) little one a few sharp tools for when she's big enough to handle them. The TAK-1 is such a knife, that I can't wait to give it to her, and teach her how to handle and work with it.........:D
