Not only do these guys offer some really great deals, but their communication and customer service was off the charts for my first purchase. I received multiple updates on the status of my order and they had it shipped out quick. I had a small problem with the flashlight I ordered and contacted Knives Emporium customer service at like 10:30 PM EST on a Sunday and I heard back from George within an hour! I'll say that again, contacted customer service with an email at 10:30 PM EST on a Sunday and heard back from George within an hour!!!! Amazing. Once I told George about the problem he had another flashlight in the mail on its way to me with Priority shipping the next morning. The package was here on Wednesday with batteries and even a charger. I had just sent the original flashlight back only the day before!! I told George that I had forgot to include the batteries that came with the first flashlight and he told me not to even worry about it. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, they've already given away a ZT0560 and are now in the midst of giving away a Spyderco Tuff.
