I have been trying to figure out a way to help parents pass on their love for knives to their kids. So we decided to do an educational campaign to help parents pick out that first knife and give it to their son or daughter in a responsible manner.

Then we got the idea to help them even more. I picked out a knife for them specifically, and are going to send it to the parents at no charge for them to give to their kids.

Wow! That's incredibly generous of you! And great choice for a first knife. Hats off to you for putting forth such an effort to give kids an opportunity to start learning about and developing an appreciation for knives.

Not for me, but my friend has a son, and he's been looking to get him his first knife.
But he lives in Canada.

Is the shipping still free, or would it be $5 like other shipments to Canada?

What a generous offer! I've been teaching my oldest son about knives since he turned 4.

Habits are starting to rub off a little as every time I come home with something new, he wants to hold it!(and take pictures)
