Knives for the other handed people

Spyderco makes a lefty Military and PM2
Chris Reeve makes lefty models

I am a lefty too but I gave up on LH knives. I have got so accustomed to using RH knives, when I bought a LH Military I would push the lock the wrong way when I went to close it.

I'm in the same camp. I grew up with right hand only, or clipless traditional knives. When I got my first ambidextrous knife, (SOG mini x-ray vision) it didn't even occur to me to use it lefty.

Lefty here. Never give up demanding left handed knives. Start a lefty sub forum. There can never be enough lefty threads. Nuff said.

Knife content: CRK, customs

I'm gonna amend this by saying I'm more ambidextrous than anything.

Regardless, I've been considering an OTF automatic now

Hogue knives use the button lock which is mostly lefty friendly. Also look at Freeman 451 as it used a button lock. Both made in the USA.

One of my brothers is other handed.
He carries a small fixed blade sometimes, and a retractable blade Stanley box knife.
(his box knife is one of the fancy ones. It does not need dissassembly to change the blade.)
I think he got our dad's Schrade/Old Timer Pal/Peanut when pops passed, but I don't know if or how oft he carries it.
Unlike his elder brother, he is not "into" knives. Never has been.

I am also proper handed and I just carry fixed blades, slipjoints and two handed lockbacks so I don't really have to worry about which side a lock or something is on.
When you're using two hands anyways it doesn't really matter which side the nail nick is on.
