Knives for the Seattle Show by Adam & Haley (video added)

Haley and Adam

It was great to finally meet you both - thanks for the time you spent talking with me and of course for the beautiful kitchen knife !

Knife made it home unscathed to CT and my wife loves it - hope you both had an uneventful trip home as well

That grape slicing video was quite impressive...maybe you should have added an advisory, like "trained professionals - don't try this at home" :D

It was great to put a face to the name at last, we enjoyed visiting at the show. Glad your wife is enjoying her knife. Tell her to give it a little bit of wrist action, focus on drawing the edge by the grape instead of push cutting it. I always start with the heel of my blade for that kind of action. You can also slice a little bit off the bottom so it doesn't roll as easy for practicing although I'm sure she has something better to do than cut grape steaks!
Hope to see you at BLADE.

Haley

It was great to see you guys again and spend some time visiting. Your knives (both of you) are always among the very top highlights of my show.

The grape cutting video was too cool! I did mean to ask you how you managed to get super glue to stick to a grape. :D ;) Just kidding. Those knives were SHARP!

Glad you guys made it and had a good show. See you at blade!

Adam / Haley, It is always my pleasure to get a chance to talk to you two. Enjoyed your knives the Lady Smith knife is truly a work of art and such a great cause. Good for all the ladies involved. Hope it brings in many $$$.
