Knives from movies, games and books, etc.

Guns for show, knives for a pro.

Years ago there was a film set in the Caribbean, something to do with drugs. Scene where two men with Spyderco Civilians chase a man in to the ocean. Later at a home on the beach another man opens a small refrigerator, and the man who was chased into the water, his head is in the refrigerator. John

I have a Kershaw Amphibian from Mission Impossible: II. It’s in the last fight scene on the beach.
Also a SOG Pentagon S14 from Mission Impossible: Fallout. Used by August Walker (Henry Cavill). He uses it to kill Alec Baldwin’s character.
Both are mint and been discontinued for a long time

Veteran character actor Stephen Lang (Colonel Quaritch in Avatar, Ike Clanton in Tombstone, many others), in his first starring role (Joe Tigre in Band of the Hand, 1986), carried and used a Buck 184.

Tom Berenger, starring opposite Sidney Poitier in Shoot to Kill (1988), carried and used a Gerber BMF.

For most of the Stargate: Atlantis television series, the team members carried and used Navy Mk 3 Mod 0 knives.

While I don't have any of the knives actually used, I have representative examples.

In the "Terminal List" books James Reece, the main character uses a Winkler tomahawk, a Half Faced Blades fixed, and various folders. The author Jack Carr is a knife nut.

In Brad Thor's "Scot Harvath" books, Scot usually carries a Benchmade auto.

Here's an obscure one- I was watching an episode of "I Survived" recently and they used a Buck 110 in the staging of the re-enactment scene of a violent knife attack in a store (knife lying on the floor in a pool of blood).

What is the one Anthony Hopkins used in the movie with a Baldwin? That’s it …The Edge. A folder made by Brian Lyttle. A positive use of a blade in a survival situation.
