Knives from the Santa Barbara Premier Art Showcase 4/09

Thanks Rich, I appreciate that and I'm sure Steven does too. Check out this sweet little slip-joint folder by Harvey Dean.

I would love to be the owner of that excellent little teardrop. That is nice!

Glad you folks are enjoying these. Here are two more, Dennis Friedly and Henry Torres:

WOW, what a Chute Knife and the stag on both Dennis Friedly pieces are nothing short of outstanding.

The Torres is nice as well.

Thanks Buddy.

More great photos of some fine looking knives.

I also would have thought that Diablo was a good value for the price. The engraving looks good and enhances the knife well.

Thanks again Buddy,
Peter

One last photo for those who happen to either return to this thread or stumble upon it in the future.

Awesome knives and pics. Thanks for sharing. I love that 8 blade slipjoint.

Buddy, that last pic plays tricks on you. I really had to focus to see what the real shape of the knife is. Very nice knife to boot.

Mr Thomason, thanks for the picture of Ron Newton's, 8-bladed "Barrel Knife".
This is the third, eight blade" barrel knife", that Mr Newton has made(that I am aware of).
The other two had ivory handles and this one looks like it has desert ironwood handles
Mr Ron Newton is in the process of making a 16 blade, "barrel knife" with pearl handle.

yeah man that knife is amazing. That Ron Newton sure is a clever fellow.
