It's been totally solid. It doesn't live on that carbine full time though. I generally just use it for sighting in optics, and occasionally for some specific training stuff. The nice thing it that it pops on and off easily.Hammer67 , If you don't mind me asking - is that Magpul bipod holding up well with 5.56 ?
Yeah, I'd say it's perfect for that. There are cheaper options, but I don't think they are as solid as the Magpul is.Hammer67 , thank you ! I am looking for exactly the same thing - not to keep it on the stick all the time.
Didn't want to shell out for more expensive (better) bipod because I wouldn't need it. This is plenty for plinking at 3-400 yards I think.
