I haven't shot it but a few times and didn't even think about using the laser.

That’s really what Ive thought about…in a true pull and use scenario, would you have time or the thought instinct to use the laser?? I think I saw some model that comes on instantly when pulled from a holster…for what that’s worth.

You need your sidearm in Condition 1 when facing a threat. Laser sights are for hunting or street sweeping with rifles. Most gunfights take place within 7 feet of each other. A belly gun may be just as effective as a pistol given a proper caliber.
