That's 100+ too many Glocks for me!

I hated Glocks when they first came out many years ago. Sold them all and then bought more. Love them now. Especially since I have gen 5’s now with the upgraded triggers. They just shoot where I am aiming.

I do understand they’re not for everyone.

I shoot them and now have 3 S&W new models with flat triggers and also my many 1911’s and a Staccato.

Even though the grip angles are all different I can shoot them all well.

Glocks for some reason I can't shoot well. It's not the grip angle, my Steyr has an even more severe angle.

Those Steyr are fantastic. I’ve only fired the first gen. Loved that grip angle. Those second gen M9A1 were really calling my name a few years ago before I snagged my P07 and installed a Cajun Gun Works Prograde kit. I’ve never felt the need to own more than one workhorse handgun. I’d rather get to know one really well.

Shot plenty of my friends Glocks over the years. They don’t fit my hand properly and I find the triggers spongy. Despite not liking them I usually shoot well with them. I suppose it’s a testament to how well they were engineered for their intended purpose. I do like their user-friendliness.

Looks like it's time to tear her down and rebuild:

I was in the same page with Glocks. I just prefer gen3 and maybe 4, much more room for playing with the internals, but I keep one of mine completely stock.
You probably like the S&W especially if it is M&P model, because when cycling, the firing pin is fully engaged, gives you better trigger pull,
Glocks are only partially engaged because of their safety setup.
I think Glock in general have much faster/shorter reset and this is what most serious G shooters like.

The ruger 10-22 and the buck 110 each went on sale in 1964. They each have sold millions in many variations. Here's a couple of mine.View attachment 2493843View attachment 2497293
I've always had a 10/22 in my possession, however don't have one at the moment. I'm planning to get another one real soon. Have you had any issues with the Takedown's not holding their zero? With iron sights you have the front and rear sight both mounted on the barrel, so the zero won't change, however with a scope, or your red dot, it introduces another variable. I've been wondering this lately.
