Very nice Phil Indablanc!! Great pic also! Love the holster.
Totally agree, in all my years and experience…my favorite load period.I love it. 10mm is by far my favorite handgun cartridge.
Mildest felt recoiling revolver I ever shot was a scopeless 8 inch barrel single action Ruger in .44 Magnum. That’s a serious kick. My Bulldog in .44spl kicks like a mule, shooting .44mag is really ‘’different” experience.
The one gun I regretfully sold was a DW Monson, Ma M15. It was unfired, I couldn't bring myself to shoot it.I've never shot 10mm. At one point I considered it, but my arthritis got worse and even .40 was too much. Times have changed arthritis is much better, but my next gun is going to be a Dan Wesson revolver in .44mag.
Amen brother! I was just in Vegas for 4 days and they don’t recognize my states CCW permit, sucked very much bad! Home now and everything’s is back to normal.View attachment 1753387
I've shot all the way to .500 S&W magnum. I'm 6'4.5" 245lbs.afishhunter well, 8” is plenty to handle well magnum load… I personally have no problem with large caliber recoil, .45acp is just fine with me. Still, .44mag as a round carries lots of power, I would imagine it’ll kick. Felt recoil is just this - felt recoil, very subjective.
300 blk? I’m getting ready to build a rifle/pistol and can’t decide between 300 blk and 5.56. Keep going back and forth..Be vewy quiet. We are hunting wabbits
