Recently I had a knife shipped out to me from Knives of the North in New York. USPS brought the package all the way down to Georgia, then it u-turned and ended up back up in NY.

I gave the owner Constantine a heads up to the weirdness, and before receiving the package (and without me requesting it) he sent out a replacement knife the next day. As it turned out, the original package made another u-turn and ended up arriving after all.. so I ended up having two to choose from before returning the other

Was good business, my first order there.. thought it worth mentioning.

Need to add what an absolute pleasure Constantine was to deal with, went above and beyond even after this thread to help me with a very particular thing I was looking for. Pulled knives, photographed them for me, constant communication and overall exhibited a lot of patience in helping me find exactly what I was after.

In short it was one of the best hands on customer service experiences I've had in a long time and definitely worth noting
