Ha! Just the opposite. She's one of the few cats I've known that really likes belly-rubs. I had to take the picture real quick while she was rolling around on her back.

Funny how things turn out but I was just trying to set up for a picture of my GEC Bull Moose and my 1858 Remington when Jag jumped up and checked things out.

I watched a video about them, and they also seem to have a lynx-like furry point on their ears, which Smokey doesn't have. So I'm still not 100%. Maybe part coon, like SW's Lynx?

Lol! He loves trying to play with my knives. I think he likes the feeling of frn on his teeth, kinda strange. He also likes sinking his claws into the paracord fobs.

With our cat, it's here gums. She rubs them on corners of boxes, our stair case, edges of walls, her scratch post, etc.

She's marking her territory. That's the way they leave their sent. That's means it belongs to her. So you better give her your knife or else......
