On Friday, I received an email from Knives Plus. I had ordered a CRKT M16-13 about a month ago, but nobody, and I mean nobody, had any. Well, KP had cancelled my order. Well, the email from Friday stated that they had a small number of M16-13's, and they would hold one for me. I immediately sent them an email stating that I would appreciate one being held for me. I was bidding on one on eBay, but that fell through for me, so, on Monday, I ordered two M16-13's. Or so I thought. In my zeal, I had ordered two M16-13Z's, which I already have one. I called KP, spoke with their customer service department, and explained that I wanted the AUS 8/aluminum handle M16-13 instead, and they switched my order. Easy as that. Guess what arrived in the mail today when I stopped at my PO Box? You got it. Extremely fast shipping and great customer service. I will definitely order from them again. Can't wait to get home and play with my new knives
