I still have a strop block I had purchased from them years ago. I have ordered by phone and through their website with no issue, and was pleasantly surprised by their shipping speed and their level of customer service - I asked, pretty meekly, for them to seek out the S30V manix 2 over the 154CM manix 2 when that model was in transition from those two steels, and the woman I was talking to put me on hold for a few minutes, and by the time she had returned they had the knife in hand to verify the steel, lockup, centering, and everything. I was very happy with the experience.
