I use the Exchange for 95% of my knife purchases, and have probably bought several hundred here without any significant problem.... I may have had to send one or two back for a refund...but very rare...
The Exchange is darned good; your refund is pretty well guaranteed if you're unhappy...as no seller wants to get a negative feedback...which would affect his future selling "for life."
I would say that I'm 99% happy with buying and/or selling on the Exchange...
