I took advantage of a special offer and my points for past purchases and ordered the Endura flatground to complete my set. The knife that I received was saber ground. A quick call to Derrick and crew followed by a trip to the PO to return the saber ground and a week later the proper knife shows up in my mailbox.
It's nice when things go perfectly but real class is shown in how errors are handled. Excellent customer service!
