Knives ship free - refund

I ordered a northwoods forest jack earlier this week, But, as it turns out I didn't like the blade shape, so I issued a return request
and returned it this week. They issued full refund in store credit, and I picked a different northwoods knife, this time with some thought behind my purchase

with all due respect- "in store credit" and "full refund" are two different things. Full refund means you get your MONEY BACK.

Some places charge a "restocking fee", so I'd assume he got full amount in in-store credit.

But he didn't get a full refund. What if he didn't want a different Northwoods knife? But decided on a different knife somewhere else?

I did purchase a different northwoods model, So you see why I wanted store credit, rather than full refund to card etc.
