Used the heck out of my ratweiler, until trading it away after getting an infiweiler. Love these knives.
Looks just like the one I used 50 years ago on my 1st deer. It was marked "Western" and Made in the U.S.A.

I have a Neilson custom with a similar taper to the point, making a thin point. I kinda worry abput it, yet looks like u have had no problems with yours.

My Buck 110 2 dot is still a favorite companion. Like me, it is old and worn and reshaped yet still ticking and razor sharp.
Fire stop caulk is the worst. Never seems to stick where you want it but always sticks to hands, tools, and clothes.
