Knives that you sold and re-purchased

Lone Wolf T-2 in cocobolo. It was a great knife that I did not really appreciate until it was gone. Light weight, great feel and good steel.

Oops! This was suppose to go into the General Forum.

Mods feel free to move it.

Koster Nessmuk with thumb treads, finger guard and extended pommel in O1.
Traded for another blade to sell, then realized I missed it horribly.
I have one on order in 3V now.

so far the list stands at :Cold Steel SRK carbon V USA version.I had one dealt it and missed it so I bought another...

Benchmade Griptilian...2-3 years ago I had one and sold it, just couldn't get into the synthetic handles back then.

Gave them a second try last year and this time they stuck!

I've come to sorta view them as maybe the Buck 110 of the 21st century. Solid workers, good value and quality and just enough variation to start a collection if a person wanted to.

i want my him imp rusty sgian dhub back more than any other.

wouldn't mind having my wetterlings hatchet, gerber fatty, german oht, and grohmann#1 back, but i can live without.

Benchmade 940 Osbourne, man I've had several of these over the years. For one reason or another I'd trade it away, then I'd miss it and want it back, then trade again. Seriously probably went through 5 of them, but have since got one and it ain't going anywhere this time! One of the best EDC's and woods forlders ever.

I got a great deal on a Benchmade 804 AFCK II PE and traded it off for something last year...I regret that, haven't found another since. Pre-AXIS, it's a good one. ...still looking!

My losses are a tad different. My older (38 this month!) son drools over one - and I have to give it to him. Thank goodness he thinks my Bark Rivers are 'useless'. He fell in love with my new Buck #730 'X-TRACT' at Christmas - a gift from a knife friend. I miss that! I bought more Buck 110s, etc, after similar experiences - they were easily found and purchased. This was a PRC-made knife - and I have a policy - I will not buy a PRC-made knife. I was happy to hear him say my Buck #408 & 419 Kalinga Pros looked weird, too. Gotta hide my Dam Leek!

Sold my Scrapper 6, never have been able to snatch up another. Also sold my 2 BK7's, ended up trading for one when I realized I like it better than any other 7" fixed blade I ever tried.

I've been thinking of giving a couple of my knives away as gifts, but I just cant bring myself to do it, even the ones I dont use.

A benchmade rukus because it was just too dam big, gave it 6 months then realised I like BIG, i adore it now.
