Yeah. You read that right. There’s knives with coffee and knives with drinks and knives with various things threads, but what about the glorious honey buns? The sweet cinnamony goodness deserves one all of its own

Good job. I actually haven't had one in many years, just not a fan. I know what it is like to be in your shoes, I weighed 330lb in 2013. I've been up and down, as low as 135 in 2018. Now I'm at 240, and fine with it. I am 6'4.5" tall.

Well done to you as well. I went as low as 185. I am 6’3” and when I hit 185 my wife told me enough was enough and brought me a cheese burger for lunch! I lost it all in 1 year with just the diet and getting back to the gym after 20 years…

Most of my weight issues are due to medical stuff, either the medications I'm on, or the meds they gave me in the hospital. I went from 250 to 135 in 6 weeks.

I don't eat "sticky buns " these days ...but lots of sticky rice . :):thumbsup:
 
As a member of the 50 y.o. metabolism club, enjoy the treats while you can. Wife would shoot me if I brought one home. I was lucky to get a donut the past weekend.

To everyone who reads this thread, enjoy your "sticky buns" in whatever form you choose.

That still didn't come out right ...
