knives with sheaths

i would like to know which O.T. and U.H. folding knives were originally sold with a sheath. i know of: 5OT; 7OT; 51OT; 125 & 25OT and LB7 127 & 27UH. could someone fill me in on the others ? thanks, roland

All of the above might have came with a sheath, but sometimes the sheath was optional. There were several other patterns with sheaths.
