Knives you have most fun with

For some folks it’s the smooth deployment of a top dollar knife; for others, it’s the great value of a sub-hundred-dollar beater. Which knife or knives do you have most fun with? We won’t restrict the parameters of fun here. Some have fun Spydie flicking while others are happy with simply looking at their collection.

I like all my knives, but for the sake of this discussion, I’ll say it’s the Para 3. The combo of slick deployment and great slicing ability makes for good times.

Hard to pick a Most Fun knife..... Really, it's HOPEFULLY my most recent one...haha. who knows?

Late Fall, early Winter last year i picked up a sweet 1311 that I finally got to pound on, and Yeah....it's Spectacular! :D

But an easier answer would be that certain knife companies just exude Fun....
I can't wait for More from them.

I seem to have the most fun playing around with Button locks and anything with a spyderhole. I have tons of fun with my Manix 2 I counted how many different ways I could deploy it a few months ago and if I remember correctly it was 10 different deployments. 11 if I count slow rolling with my thumb as different to fast thumb flick.

I'm a lefty so RSK MK1 G2 is my right hand man *chortle*. Very little hand manipulation is required to open and close with the ABLE lock. A true hard use folder that has to be the absolute safest single handed operation of all time.

Here we go:

I love the feel of the epic smoothness of my Yojimbo 2, holding the compression lock the blade will effortlessly roll with gravity (not loose or sloppy) almost in slow motion.

The smooth and steady pull of my Case Bose Tribal Spear.

The beautiful swing and shear power of my HI Khukuris.

Pure fun...Throwing knives !
My ColdSteel TruFlight and a handful of throwers I made myself instantly take me back to my childhood trying to get and knife I could find to stick into a nearby tree. Throwers are fun.

For many of the discussions on this forum like super steel densities and molecular structures my eyes gloss over, but when you say which knives are the most fun, for me this is easy.

That's a great family photo. Any of those look like a good time.

Any one of my bowies would be the most fun, but I tend to reach for my CS Laredo or 1978 vintage W49 the most. Of course my Tora Khukuri is long, light and sails through pretty much anything I aim at. But then, my K390 Police with zip ties in the spydiehole sure is fun to wave open.

Or maybe it's more fun to break down a Boston butt with the BK-15. Or de-limb a chicken with the SPY27 Mule... but it's kinda great to whittle soft pecan with a Mora Classic No. 2... and the Northfield 23 glides through leather real nicely. ..

Maybe I should work on being more decisive.

Man, tough call. My balisongs are like high stakes fidget spinners. I open and close my DA OTF Microtech knives with the same glee and gusto as clicking salad/grilling tongs. My CRK Inkosi is just so fun to open slow and smooth.

I give up... can't pick.
Spinning balisongs makes me nervous hahaha. Spydie-flicking some blades is about as extreme as it gets for me

My Off Grid Rapid Fire is probably the one, I have the most fun with.
