Knives!!!

Guys at work screw with me sometimes. One will check out my knives then wipe it off with his shirt and then say "dont want my finger prints on the murder weapon"

I met an actual person tonight who was carrying a pocket knife...unfortunately it was at my uncle's calling hours.

My half sister's boyfriend, it was the first time I met him because we live a few hours away. It was so weird meeting an actual person and talking a little bit with them. (I keep saying that because usually it's you guys via the world wide web)

I had to think about that one for a minute:D

I know what you mean, I have yet to meet another knife nut!

I'm only 23, and for someone my age to be onto the blues... Well let's just say I'm a minority:D

I've been told I was born in the wrong era!
I'm 25. Ive been told the same thing. I saw buddy guy a few weeks ago and it made me sad to see how empty the place was

IMHO, it's dependant on the kind of visually perceived (either known or unknown) personality who is holding the knife, which scares people most.
So that if you're a two year old cutting a birthday cake versus a known felon or undesirable strange looney holding a knife; who do you think is going to be stereotyped as a possible psychotic slasher in our midst?
People are quick to react to any signs of possible danger.
Which is a necessary and natural instinct to self preservation.
So do not startle the herd unnecessarily especially so if you're overjoyed with a new toy and wish to share the moment...

I saw joe bonamassa a few months ago, and the concert was entirely packed! It's pretty sad when some new blues player gets more recognition than one that helped contribute to the entire genre:mad:
