Took a chance on this site and decided to place an order. They have a lot of rip-off knives but also list a few mainstream manufacturers, though most of those seem to be 'out of stock':jerkit:

Placed my order on the 2nd and received no news at all and at the time I placed my order I couldn't get anyone to tell me the cost of shipping. A little worried, I've been calling them non-stop for the past 2 days without anyone answering. I emailed them twice a couple of days ago and received no answer. Fed up, I finally tried their online support chat and got basically nowhere and waiting for an answer in the chat is like waiting for paint to dry. I waited 15 minutes for one response. The most I got is that my knives will arrive sometime NEXT week and that they are understaffed.

I'd avoid this place like the plague and go with a with a respectable company. It's my fault for taking a chance on them but at least now maybe I can steer others clear.

Here's a transcript of the conversation before the chat window was closed 20 minutes after I asked my last question:

The timestamps don't show up but the average time between questions and answers was 5 minutes and taking up to 15.
 
Update:
Got a hold of a real person on the phone 3 days ago and in a polite but firm manner asked for a refund. They told me that the order hadn't even been assembled yet because they were really busy and my money would be refunded in 3 days or less. I checked my balance every few hours for the next couple of days and saw no refund. Wrote an e-mail last night informing them that if I didn't have at least an answer by this morning, I was going to contact the fraud department at visa. I checked the status of my order on the website this morning and saw that is still said 'authorized' and didn't seem to be canceled. I waited until 1 pm, called them a couple more times (with no answer) before contacting my bank. I hope I'm not the only one who has complained and taken action. Whatever you do, don't even bother with these joke-shop idiots.
 
It seems they shipped my order today, despite my having canceled it. They charged the $12 for shipping and put my account in the negative. WTF!!!
 
I have dealt with them ( Jason) for many years without incident. However, after not having placed an order with them for a year. I placed a small order on the phone with them on Nov.19. They told me that I would receive an email when it goes out. After no news for 2 weeks,I managed to get someone on their online chat. They told me that they have still not shipped it yet. I have tried about 20 times a day to contact them, they never answer the phone or respond to the online chat or email. I waited until Dec.1 and sent an email and phone message requesting to cancel my order. They do not respond. I contacted Visa and they told me that after 30 days they will open an investigation and refund my money. Very disappointed Jason......
 
Avoid this company at all cost just search google and you will see people have had issues with them for a long time. I ordered a Knife from them about 2 months ago, I tried contacting them via live chat to cancel the order never got anyone it shipped 3 weeks later. :grumpy:
 
I did finally get my order, short one knife that they charged me for anyway. Honestly, I'd rather take my chances with the bladeshop than do business with noknives4weeksonend.com again.
 
They are also SPAMMERS . I have never dealt with them and last month I started getting e-mails from them .
 
I havnt had that problem...However after sending them emails asking to cancel my order, they still have not responded. I even emailed them telling them that I contacted Visa and I will be opening a fraud investigation (which I did), still nothing from them.
 
I finally go them on their online chat today. When I told them that I opened a fraud case with Visa and they can resolve this by refunding my money, they closed the session on me!

Don't be surprised if you get most of your knives in 2 days. :rolleyes:
