I placed an order with Knivesshipfree last week and there was a mix up with my purchase. I'm leaving for vacation this week so I was really disappointed that I wouldn't have my sweet new Sebenza to take with me. Got a personal call from Derrick apologizing for the issue and he went way above and beyond to make sure I had the knife in my hands before I left! A++++ I will definitely be purchasing from him again. :applouse:
