I have purchased many knives from KSF (KnivesShipFree) and they have always been very professional. Even when Derrick doesn't always agree with my expectations for the fit and finish of a knife. Recently I noticed that not all of my purchases were showing up in the rewards program so I called and spoke to Tyler. He took my order info and credited the points that were missing. I chuckled on the phone because even after adding the missing points I did not have enough to get the discount I was looking for on a knife I wanted to purchase. Tyler graciously added the points I was short so I could get the $10 discount and he hand picked me a beautiful knife from their stock. Needless to say I am a very happy customer, thank you to Tyler, Derrick and everyone else at KSF. :thumbup:
