I just wanted to share what great, truly exceptional customer service I've received from KSF.

So far every time I've ordered from them has been a real pleasure. Above average, exceptional customer service! Everyone I've talked to or corresponded with was just great! They have taken the time to answer my many questions, hand select my knife and inspect it per my request. The shipping has been super fast with great communication before, during, and after each purchase. Always asking that I let them know what I thought once I received my new knife.

To the folks at KSF, a big thumbs up!:thumbup:

Have to agree,KSF team are great.I have had a few knives from them shipped to the U.K. never a hitch.:thumbup:
