I had to run over here from the other cheesecake thread and stare/drool at these again... YUMMY!!!! Now THESE are tasty lookin' cheesecakes! :D:thumbup::thumbup:

My wife has become a cheesecake master herself. She makes a large variety of different types. I can't make it to Knob Creek.... but, I would love to have my wife try making your recipe (if possible). It looks awesome. I could eat my wife's version while looking at posted pics of the event and pretend I am there :thumbup: ..... Not the same or as enjoyable. But, the best I can manage. :(


I would be willing to trade some of here better cheesecake recipes if it would improve my chances. ;) :thumbup:

What IS that blue-handled custom? Looks like a straight-handled something with a long clip and a little recurve. Any ideas? Is that an SJTac variant?
