If today is thursday then that would be about right. I have only been working straight since yesterday. I need to take a cabo break. I should be able find 30-40 seconds that I don't need to get a few shots down.

Crap, I just wasted all my free time typing. Need to learn to type one handed so I can drink with the other. That would double my productivity.

Garth -- You need to get the Janitor to pour the shots for you, bring them to the grinder and hold them up to your lips so you only need to stop work for a couple of seconds.
Each time the Janitor passes you while he sweeps up, he pours you a shot.

I can't wait to see what you turn out after the Cabo bottle starts running low. :eek: GFDs ROCK!!! :D :thumbup:

I am in the process of developing a shot dispensing grinding mask to eliminate the need to even move. Problem is the bottle is so heavy. Guess I have to just drink faster at first to lighten the bottle up some.

Tried to convince the hospital to give me a cabo IV drip but they wouldn't go for it. Something about dangerous or some crap. It's almost like they don't understand or something. I guess they just don't feel my pain.

Where did the janitor go. sometimes I think that guy is the only person who understands.

Cruel RoyalM! They don't import the VB here in the states.....well, I have heard that there is a place in SanFran that serves it, but they majority of us are SOL.

YOU BETTER BE GRINDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I JUST MADE MY FIRST 2 CHEESECAKES FOR THE CREEK.....I also made homemade Carmal and tempered my chocolate for my pie and the cheesecakes and made 3 pie crusts for the 1 pie we are bringing to the creek...cause IT HAS TO PERFECT FOR ROENMAN:):) (Bill it has been awhile since I made a pie so I know the crust HAS to be perfect for you.)

I am covered in flour........the kitchen is a disaster... my dog and cats are going crazy cause my house smells yummy....

BUT

THAT IS NOTHING WHAT GARTH AND THE CREW IS DOING:):):)

Great, Amy has been baking all day. Now I have to get a bigger truck to haul all the YUMMY GOODNESS.
 
I'm growing more depressed with every post. I was considering flying out to Knob Creek but a friend wants me to drive down to Virginia Beach for an endless meat fest (at a brand new Brazilian steakhouse) followed by rum extravaganza.

WHAT TO DO!!!!! (so conflicted)

If the Brazilian Steakhouse is any good, and worth going to, it will still be there after Knob Creek. I'll bring the rum if that helps.

Besides, Amy's cheesecake is right up there with the best of the brazilian steakhouses.
