Knob creek !!!

HAHAHA, yeah its pretty epic. They dont cheap out either, lots to test. Obviously they arent gonna give full sized shots but a cpl sips of some 120 proof will preheat the oven for sure

I will need a DD if there is no limit on samples. I would have to try a little of everything RIGHT. :p

Why wouldn't you want to try a bit of everything? It's only polite, right?

I find that when it comes to Bourbon/Whiskey you get what you pay for...
Anything less than $15 for a fifth is pretty much awful, especially if its in a plastic bottle.
Generally speaking:
$15-$35 for a fifth gets you some pretty decent stuff, but it's not sipping worthy.
$35 and up for a fifth gets you something worth sipping on.
Anything above $60 is a but more than I care to spend on liquor, but if the budget allows I'm sure it only gets better. However I'm sure at some point the law of diminishing return comes into effect.
The ones that fall right around the cutoffs are hit or miss with some being better than others...
I have tried Knob Creek and it's definitely good stuff.

I settled on Ridgemont Reserve (aka 1792) and have been overdoing it for many months. A local business went to the distillery and bottled many barrels of it there to bring here (along with full barrels for giving test samples) to sell for a much lower price than normal. I actually prefer it to other semi-high-end, 90-plus proof competition.

I don't drink to have a clue what y'all are talking about, BUT, KNOB CREEK!!!! So excited that it is just around the corner!!! Can't wait to see everyone again :)
