Specs?

What's the thickness on the BWM? Are these CG thickness or LE. Saber Convex?

How does this work? Inquiring minds would like to know.


I'm also interested in the CF BWM specs. Blade width/thickness? Saber/Convex grind?

Now he comes out with the BWM CF, after I have sneezed out a bunch of INFI dust and sanded my fingers to the bone! It looks great. Darn, I already have two BWMs but not one exactly like that beauty.......

It certainly appears to have a convex edge in the photo. That would make sense for a "competition finish". And Amy 0 said it was CG thickness, which is 3/16".

Since the previous Competion Editions have convex edges, I am pretty sure these do. The difference is these have that troublesome decarb layer bead blasted off prior to final sharpening. Look closely at the second picture in Jerry's original post. That's how my convex edges look.

Can someone explain this to me? What is the previous "decarb layer" that had to be bead blasted off?
Please explain. This is something I've wanted to figure out for a while now.

I asked my proxy that question at KC and he confirmed that there is NOT a clip point on these. They are the same as the regular BS.

Well, that was true of the ones at KC. THey didnt have a clip, but if the pic shows a clip maybe the ganza release is different.
