Knockout or Manix?

Manix 2xl lwt in s110v is the best value in knives anywhere. Of the the two you specified the translucent manix gets my vote easily.
 
Matter of fact, I'm joining you in getting a OD Knockout. If you decide to get one, let me know! I'm in the market!
 
I've got the Manix 2 sprint foliage green/CTS-XHP and it has been phenomenal. I'm sure they are all great.
 
So as an update several months later, I finally have them both! I got the Knockout for Christmas and recently purchased the Manix myself. I love both knives, but I have to admit I don't carry the Knockout much. I got the amazing new Kershaw Camber for Christmas as well and really couldn't stop carrying that knife. My initial impressions of the Manix are really, really good. I love the weight, the leaf-shaped blade, and the grip. As a direct comparison, the grip and fit/finish of the Manix are superior to the Knockout, and those are the two main features that make me like it a little bit better. But I'll take the Camber over all of them! If you don't have one, get one ASAP, they are a steal for around 75 bucks (Kershawguy will hook you up). Again, thanks to everyone who posted, I enjoyed reading the discussion.
