Would go kydex but definitely its number 2. The hawk I just bought is from Ragnar and is USA made. Want to get something of good quality to match the workmanship.
 
He doesn't make leather sheaths. There's atleast three of us making Kydex sheaths in AZ but I don't know about leather.

I do quite a few leather Hawk sheaths. I live in MN, so you would have to ship it. If you can easily remove the head, then you can just ship that, thats how alot of my customers have done it.
 
Just throwing it out there that I'd be able to work with you with some leather options. Are you just looking for a cover for the head/edge or do you want something that has any type of attachment loops, etc?
