Hello everyone.
I picked this up about a week ago because, well...because I just couldn't resist it.
I was the first of several to reach out..and I claimed it immediately.
I didn't buy it here; I picked it up on Reddit Knife Swap.
At any rate, I got what I consider to be a GREAT deal on it, considering what's been done to it and how nice it is. I'm literally going to copy/paste the description below, as posted by the prior owner, simply because he knew more about it than I do and because it turned out to be quite accurate, and I stand behind it.
I'm selling it for an amount which is exactly equal to what I spent. If it doesn't sell for that amount, I'm keeping it. I'm not interested in making money on it but, at the same time, I'm not interested in losing any, either.
Price: exactly $643.43, plus actual shipping.
The only reason for sale is that it doesn't fit the overall aesthetic of the rest of my collection. Despite the fact that it's AWESOME, and despite the fact that I may well regret selling it, I've decided to move it along.
Action is ideal, blade centering is spot on, work performed was very professionally done.
Here is the copy/paste:
"Mod work performed by Way of Knife (WOK).
List of mods: matte DLC on scales, clip, blade and show-side hardware; green anodized clip side screws and backspacer; angled pattern on scales; flipper delete; skiffs swapped in (comes with original bearings).
Action is still drop shutty with the modded DLC, centered with no blade play. Solid lockup. Blade has been resharpened after DLC was applied. There are TINY snails on the blade where it meets the bolster, but they're hidden for the most part. Comes with original box and COA."
I also filmed a YouTube video and can share the link, if you request it, but I wasn't sure it was allowed within this post.
Payment via PayPal, Zelle or Venmo friends and family.
I'd say the only trade I'd consider, to which I would most likely add cash, would be a Skiff Drifter, Renegade or Accomplice.
First "I'll take it", followed by a PM to confirm, gets it!
I will ship on Monday because it's too late to ship today (Saturday).
