M390 blade burnished w/ polished flats

I am the second owner. The blade is in great shape and has been stropped by me. Knife has only been used to cut paper and twine. Lock side has snails and scuffs from pocket carry. Action, detent, and centering are phenomenal and very “Koenig”.
