Just wanting to clarify, this is an aftermarket customized arius, not a factory Bill Koenig Custom correct?

That would probably be a good assumption being it’s posted in “production” knives and no signed blade.
 
Edited thread to indicate that the knife has been modified / customized...but is not a custom knife.
 
It’s been a wile and I own several. Didn’t remember but you are correct. Here is original spec sheet from distributor.
3 1/2" blade of M390, fine stonewashed finish, 8 1/2" opened length
Ball bearing pivot
Black DLC coated titanium frame and pocket clip with bronze anodized accent holes
Bronze anodized titanium hardware
Fantastic Edge has done a beautiful job customizing the handle of this knife, with the DLC coating, the milled holes, and the anodized accents
Includes original box and CoA
