Ryuichi is the shorter non-Tennessean in the picture (no...not Gus or Elliot). The woman next to him is Yuko Tozaki, wife of Shigeru Tozaki, who made the amazing jigged bone for one of Tony's swaybacks (Kerry showed this one in post 5832 in the Bose thread).
