Kool Mist

So I got a Kool Mist system after watching Travis use it at his hammer in. I use it mostly for hand sanding. The thing has run like a champ and never given me any problems over several years of use until today. I have taken apart everything and cleaned it and still nothing it just blows air. Has anyone ever ran into the same problem? I did an internet search and found some info but nothing helpful and anything that would made it work. Since some on this board use the same system I am wondering if you guys know how to fix this problem.

Did you check the rubber seals where the coolant line goes into the valve block?

Are the hoses clear? can you see which parts have liquid moving and which don't ?
Can you remove the nozzle and blow air though it by itself?

I'd check the ball check valves on the end of the pickup hoses.
(by that I mean disassemble, clean then run clear water through it all.
If those check valves lose prime, it's hard to re-stablish.

Clean and replace any damaged balls or o rings.
O rings especially in chemicals don't last forever.

They are very sensitive to air leaks any where in the system. There is a small screen in mine that sometimes gets clogged.

Eductor units often have some sort of restrictor orifice on the liquid feed line near the aspirator opening. Are you sure it's not clogged?

Thanks guys. Found the problem. I used a nozzle from another one and now it is working fine.
