Well over a year ago hugo, unbeknownst to me then, I saw a couple of knives on Ebay that Adam was selling, one of them was a 12 plus inch bowie style knife, but without the recurve edge or trailing swedge... it basically looked like a larger version of the one I have now, but with a MUCH deeper blade. In fact, from memory, I think it was more along the lines of the profile of his smaller Albion listed above, but again, much longer, thicker and deeper than the Albion. It was made of 5.5mm ELMAX stock, which I really like; the other was an 01 steel which doesn't interest me. By the time I hit it up, it was gone. In fact, I beleive they were both taken OFF, not sold. But I couldn't message him about it, the system wouldn't allow me to for some reason. I laughed at the time thinking what ridiculous timing it was. Ironically, I did not see any more of his knives on there, and he did not have a link to his current homepage. It wasn't till I went into his homepage a few weeks ago and looked in his gallery that I realized he was the same bloke that was on Ebay for that brief time.

He makes beautiful knives, and I thought that was the case since I saw his ELMAX Bowie, even though I didn't know WHO he was till recent.

Hello Coke,

I have a Vanadis 10 ODC something, a 11-12" Bowie made of k600 steel heat treated (at my request) for Bainite and two monsters: a Vanadis 4 extra almost 1/2 inch thick 17" and a 1/2" thick k600 17" (this one is over 4 pounds, I think) and when he has the time, he will make a 20" k600 steel monster Bowie, 1/2" thick. I love his work. You can see Adams work on Instagram. He makes amazing knives and is a gentleman to deal with.

Best regards!

I can vouch for his humility, honorable conduct and decency, from what I've experienced thus far, they are all rare traits in this field, but if you look, you will find them in small pockets.
