Daniel Koster with the help of several forum members has designed a awesome Bushcraft knife at a very reasonable price, please check it out on his site here on BladeForums. I will give you a little review on it's performance as soon as I receive mine.

Specs:

Steel = 0.135" thick 3V (yes, 3V! ), scandi-grind, 4" long, forged finish on flats, thumbramp on top.
Handle = Natural or Green Canvas Micarta (sorry, no other options available at this time), bead-blasted finish, Aluminum Corby bolts and lanyards.

Sheath not included - price not yet set (probably ~$35)

I looked at this yesterday. My Paypal fingers were twitching but alas I still need to pay Ken, and my Skookum Bush tool in Nov/Dec.

I have been trying to cull the herd but being here and other forums makes it a difficult thing to do. :rolleyes::confused::D
 
Way too many cool toys on here, and a severe lack of self control. That's a bad combo!
 
Could not pass it up in the end. Great design, with great materials, from a supporting member here on BF, and a good value to boot.

I guess I'm destined to have at least 6-10 outdoor knives at all times.

This is a sickness. Maybe it would be cheaper if I was a drunk:confused:;):D

might be worse if you were drunk, you may have ordered 2 of them. For that price i was on it like fly on stink. A custom, limited Koster design assisted with BF members how could you go wrong.
 
dang...I trust Myakka's opinion on gear SO MUCH I ORDERED ANOTHER KNIFE! I have 3 (or is it 5) different custom knives on order now....I'm going have to get a second job...
 
darn... :(i don't check in all day and this what i miss....:eek: that looks like a sweet knife...

that is a great price.. i might have to look into one...:rolleyes:
 
I ordered mine and am anxiously looking forward to it. Much cheaper than my SWC but just as nice!!
