TM Hunt Tradewater 3/16" O1 w/makers sheath
$OLD
Beautiful curly maple scales and filework along spine
OAL 10 3/4"
Blade length 5 3/4"
Steel 3/16" O1(58RC)
*Regretfully putting this one up for sale. I love the knife size, look, ergos and everything about it but it has not done well in the climate I live in. This knife, as well as my TM Hunt Yuma, developed some rust, mostly along the spine bordering the handle scales. There was also some rust on the blade surface near the scales. I removed most of it using a "rust eraser" though there is still some present which could clean up with a little more attention. The edge was unaffected for the most part and the knife is VERY sharp! Unsure why this happened as I have many other O1 knives stored in the same manner as this one but I decided to put it up for sale at a huge discount since I don't want to worry about it in the future. Aside from this issue, the knife is unused and uncarried. I'm keeping the Yuma for now and hoping with use a natural patina will form to prevent future oxidation.

Dan Koster Bushcrafter CPM3V $OLD

Tan Canvas Micarta scales
Razor sharp scandi grind w/microbevel
This is one of Dan's earlier bushcrafters which has a few noticeable differences from the more recent ones. It is a scandi as opposed to flat grind, the scales are shaped and much more ergonomic in my opinion, and the steel is about 0.03" thinner stock than newer models. I am not the original owner of this knife but I do not believe it has ever been used or carried. No sheath included with this one.
OAL 8.375"
Blade length 4"(from tip of scales to blade tip)
Steel ~ 0.145" CPM3V

Updated the pics of the TM Hunt Tradewater. I tried to get the most accurate representation of the rust still on the blade. I'm dropping the price one more time $OLD PP good and services. I will cover shipping and PP fees. Please remember this is almost a $400 knife(no lowball offers!) which just needs some attention but still has a ton of life left to it. If this one doesn't sell for this price its going to start getting used and begin carving jack-o'-lanterns!

If it doesn't sell there's a fellow on YouTube that uses tool steel pretty much exclusively. He's an avid Hawaiian bush crafter. Maybe he has some tips?
