Koster Knives BushMaster w/Mashed Cat Kydex Sheath w/Firesteel

Bought this outstanding Koster Bushmaster from another forum member earlier this summer (original sale thread below) but have been favoring another fixed blade for camping/bushcraft purposes. I have not used this knife except to check that it would throw sparks off the included ferro rod, which it does with ease. There are a few very faint marks on the spine from this effort but hardly noticeable. Other than that, it's almost new and has been stored carefully since purchase. The balance and weight are superb and it feels very much like an extension of your hand. Equally, the sheath is amazing, with ferro rod holder (included as seen in pics) and an ample pouch in front. Check out the pics below and see for yourself.

BLADE SPECS: 5″ of 3V steel, hardened to 59-60 HRc, 0.22″ thick, Flat grind, Brushed finish on flats, satin-finish on grind, small guard, thumbgrooves, spine rounded at handle front.
HANDLE: Black G10...5″ long, made from 1/4″ thick handle material, aluminum corby pin and lanyard tube. Heavily sandblasted for a super grippy better-when-wet finish
SHEATH: Kydex, outstandingly made by Mashed Cat (http://mashedcat.com/)

After many requests for a larger version of my Bushcraft knife, I came up with the BushMaster. 10″ long overall with a 5″ blade and 5″ handle it is probably the most capable knife I make and that is why it is at the top of every page. I started this knife in 2008 and it has been a consistent seller with amazing feedback. Much care was put into getting the balance *just right*. I use 1/4″ thick material for handles because it is taller top-to-bottom than my bushcraft knife and has a little more palm swell. This knife features a full flat grind with a larger/deeper set of thumbgrooves. Corby pins and a lanyard tube keep the handle on tight and make this a nearly indestructible knife. Feel free to work this knife as hard as you want. Break it? Ill replace it FREE of charge.
