Here's a beauty from Dan Koster in clay-hardened 1095 and great Ironwood scales with black liners. This fine kitchen untensil has a 6 7/8" cutting edge and is 12" over-all length.
It has wonderful patina on the blade from loving use in the kitchen, mostly by me because the little lady finds it a little too large for her tastes....gotta keep the women happy you know!
