Koster's Fixed Blade EDC

It didn't make that much difference to me, as the v2 has a smaller handle to begin with. If you don't have sasquatch hands like I do, that set-up may work well for you. But putting on a pair of mules, the thicker/taller handle size of 1 and 3 wins every time.

Now don't misunderstand me, they ALL feel great. My personal preference is for 1 or 3.

nice review SPXTrader...

I think I prefer v.1 ... that being said...I am looking forward to this model being put into production in whatever configuration.

Thanks SPXTrader ..

I'd go for handle No.1 on blade No.3 ..
don't care bout the swedge though..
And for my taste the coil can be smaller, or removed even. The way the guard moves backwards from the coil leaves enough room for sharpening the last bit without doing to much damage..
and yes, please thumbserrations as SPX proposed ..

Great knives Dan !

I'm torn between which one I want. Post 15 of this thread - pic one has a good shot of v.1 while pic 3 has a better shot ov v.3. I went back to Dan's original thread and now I'm really stuck. I really like v.1. I really like v.3 too.

I guess this is what I want. V3 with either the v1 or v3 blade and the finger jimping or whatever we're supposed to call it. With the longer length that SPX recommended. Personally I like the leather sheath. I'd like the option of horizontal or verticle carry or being able to stick it in a pocket.

So when do these go into production? :D

For the right price I'll get a v1 and v3. Especially if both can come with the spine work. I kinda like the wood on v1 but mircata or G-10 would be more practical I guess.
