Krayton does give blisters with hard use (but you can get blisters from just about any handle material if there are hot spots).
It cuts easily as compared to other handle materials.
It is not as durable as some. I have had many knives with Krayton. Some times I like it, and other times it annoys me. Most of my knives these days are G-10 or micarta handled. I still have several krayton handled knives though.
