I have been hearing great things about Bayou Lafourche Knife Works for a long while, but never had the opportunity to check them out - until yesterday. Kristi took my order and was very polite, helpful, and competent. The transaction was very smooth and painless.

I got home from work today and there was my knife on the porch! I know Louisiana is just across the state line from Texas, but Holy crap! That was fast shipping! (1 day!)

Bayou Lafourche are really great to deal with, even for us international guys, I can't recommend them highly enough.
