Getting ready for Blade and figured some more free stuff was in order. I will ship these early next week. Just started doing the Esee Candiru again. Here's a set of Purple Haze scales with a deep purple liner look. These scales are off white on the surface and only glow from sunlight or full spectrum light. Same rules as original post apply.

And yea the Candiru is the best small knife I own. Fits very nicely in the hand and performs as good as some bigger knives.

Got my scales in today and they are awesome. Didn't realize just how cool these really were. I have seen pictures but it is nothing like seeing and feeling them up close.

They also have awesome texture on the flats of the scales and are super grippy!

Took a pic with a 30 second shutter speed to try and get the glow.

I am going to get a set of full size Becker scales for sure!!

How well does the material hold up to abuse like batoning and heavy chopping compared to micarta?
